Both bedrooms can be entered right from entering the apartment. For those that would like the less liveliness, the first bedroom that is situated on the right is the perfect choice. The bedroom is decorated in calming turquoise, grey and white colours. The main bedroom is the best for experiencing the uniqueness of the city and is decorated with an interesting selection of yellow, grey and white colours which also have access to the balcony. This bedroom is especially perfect to spy out on the city goers and lovers.
You can also access the balcony from the living room. Being out on the balcony you feel like you are right in the middle of all unique beauty but yet still in your own privacy and from prying eyes. Comfortable patio furniture to enjoy on those warm summer nights and breath taking sunrises Cape Town are so famous for. Beautiful views of surrounding buildings and is great for the hidden architect inside you.
The living room and kitchen is spaciously open planned which adds to that welcoming city feel. Walking distance from a variety of well know locations from CTICC, Parliament, District Six Museum as well as ArtScape for the creative minds. The famous Long Street is also in a short walk from the apartment and only need to call a Taxi after a good night out. You don’t need a vehicle to enjoy your work trip nor holiday

Upon arrival we were met with a basket of rusk and cappuccino sachets.
September 8, 2021 10:48 amThe view from the kitchen window, and balcony is great. Fresh linin and clean towels provided, neatly placed on the beds in each room. As an added touch, we were also given large shower gel and hand wash, which made for a nice touch.
The overall cleanliness of the apartment and how well it is managed by the group is great.
The host [Felicia] is very attentive and checked in often, also when things like water and electricity was needed they would come out after hours to resolve. The experience is has been so great that we decided to extend our stay through CTHA by another month.
